When you order is placed, is when the Kitty Kick Stix creation process starts. Each order is handmade. This means we cut, sew, and stuff each cat toy after your order is placed to ensure the FRESHEST and STRONGEST catnip. Our toys do not sit in a warehouse or on shelves. We start this process as soon as your order is placed and try to have it ready to be shipped in 48 hours.
