When your order is placed is when the Kitty Kick Stix creation process starts. This means we cut, sew, and stuff each cat toy after your order is placed to ensure the FRESHEST and STRONGEST catnip. Our toys do not sit in a warehouse or on shelves.

We are a family owned business and will try to respond to all emails within the same day. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, let us know as we may have missed the original email.
