Refund policy

Do to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect, in which we would be send out a replacement. Each toy is handmade and we can't guarantee all cats enjoy catnip or our toy. Catnip is a natural plant loved by millions of cats, but there are cases catnip does not have an effect on your cat. All toys are made the exact same, if your cat does not react to catnip, we recommend additional catnip or try using catnip spray. 

To request assistance with an order, you can contact us at info@kittykickstix.com. We will provide assistance to the best of our ability to get your cat playing within our toys.  

If your product is lost or doesn't have a valid USPS tracking number, we will work with USPS to reship and locate your product. 

Shipping Charges on Returns and Refunds
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Any returned packages or refunds issued will exclude the original shipping fees, as these charges are paid directly to USPS and are therefore not recoverable by us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We do not provide refunds, instead will provide a replacement of the exact same product or an exchange of a different product. This is a custom cat toy, please make sure your cat is attracted to catnip prior to purchasing.
