Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Due to the nature of this being a handmade product, we do run into production issues at certain times.

Shipping Charges on Returns and Refunds
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Any returned packages or refunds issued will exclude the original shipping fees, as these charges are paid directly to USPS and are therefore not recoverable by us.
